The stone with inscription is decorated with a small triangular gable with plinths on a moulded frame and is sculpted in the local trachyte.

The inscription, on nine lines, holds the dedication to the Nymphs by SERVATUS, imperial freedman, attorney of mines and collaborator for the management of imperial lands in Sardinia, for the health of Quinto Baebio Modesto, attorney and prefect of the province of Sardinia in the years just before 212 A.D.
