Types of Data processed:

Lawfulness of processing: The lawfulness of processing is given by a legal obligation pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b, of EU / 679/2016 regulation.

Optional provision of data: For the provision of some services, it may be necessary to indicate personal data. Data retention period: The data are processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected. At the end of the retention period, for a maximum duration of twelve months, the personal data will be deleted. Therefore, at the expiry of this term the right of access, cancellation, rectification and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised. For interactions via social networks, in order to know the data retention times, it is necessary to refer to the information and privacy policies of the individual sites or social networks.

User rights: Pursuant to articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679, the user has the right to:

2. request access to their personal data;
3. oppose the processing of their personal data;

8. not be subjected to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning him or which significantly affects his person in a similar way;
9. lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
