The charming name comes from the traces of talc that probably made up the skylight. The oldest phase goes from the 7th to the 6th century B.C., while the overall composition with five rooms, was defined between the 3rd and 2nd century B.C. (figs. 3-4).

A stone staircase suggests an upper floor. The presence of a craftsman’s laboratory is hinted at by ferrous and lithic remains and handles made from horn.
